Children

Southlake Landing Town-homes Association was designed by the developer to include two playground areas for use by community children. We encourage children to use these facilities and limit their play from the parking lots and streets of Southlake Landing Town-homes. There are concerns regarding the safety of the children in the streets, possible damage to vehicles in the parking areas, and blocking of traffic flow in the community. Homeowners are encouraged to drive slowly and watch for our neighborhood children.
